Exchange & Return Policy
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
- You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, free of signs of wear, free of odors, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Some product categories cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale"
- Intimate apparel (lingerie, bodysuits, and swimwear without a protective seal)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Send an email to [Support@linearestore.com] with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Our team will provide a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, the return may be declined.
5. EXCHANGES
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will offer the exchange at no additional cost, as long as the desired item is in stock.
- If the exchange is not possible, you may choose a refund or store credit.
6. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- For returns due to dissatisfaction, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- If the return is due to a Lineare error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you received an item with a defect or different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our team within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
